진영은 기독교 가정에서 태어나 부모님을 따라 교회를 다니며 성장했습니다. 대학생이 되어 채플 예배에서 감격하며 예배드리는 사람들의 모습이 낯설게 느껴졌고, 그들을 이해하지 못했습니다. 친구들을 따라 기독교 동아리에 가입했지만 타이트한 일정이 부담스러워 그만두려고 고민하던 중이었습니다. 대학 방학이 시작되어 청소년 캠프 사역 현장에서 선교사님의 복음 메시지를 듣게 되었습니다. 자신이 죄인이며, 예수님께서 우리 죄의 문제를 해결하시기 위해 십자가에서 죽으시고 부활하셨다는 복음을 그 자리에서 마음으로 받아들이고 예수님을 구주로 고백하였습니다. 이후 월코와의 인연이 이어져 지금까지 사역 현장에서 청소년들과 함께하고 있습니다.
Jenny grew up in a Christian home, attending church alongside her parents. When she entered university, she found herself puzzled by the sight of fellow students worshipping with deep emotion at chapel services — she simply could not understand them. She joined a Christian club at a friend's invitation, but soon began thinking about quitting, overwhelmed by the demanding schedule of youth camps, overseas missions, and other activities. When summer break arrived, she found herself at a youth camp where a missionary shared the gospel. Hearing that she was a sinner and that Jesus had died on the cross and risen again to resolve the problem of sin, she received the gospel in her heart that very moment and confessed Jesus as her Savior. This connection with WOLKO has continued, and she now works alongside young people in ministry settings.
