Joe는 1976년 충청남도 당진에서 하나님을 경외하는 부모님의 슬하에 태어났습니다. 가정 형편은 넉넉하지 않았지만 그리스도 안에서 온 가족이 진정한 행복을 누리며 살았습니다. 중학교 시절 교회 부흥회에서 요한복음 3장 16절을 마심으로 받아들이는 순간, 예수 그리스도께서 비로소 그의 개인적인 구주가 되셨습니다. 2004년 침례교회에서 청소년 사역을 시작하였고, 2007~2008년 월코 인턴을 거쳐 플로리다 월비에서 성경을 공부하였습니다. 이후 하나님의 은혜로 월코 선교사로 파송 받아 현재 캠핑 사역을 이끌고 있습니다. 김유진 선교사는 기독교 가정에서 태어나 자랐으며, 중학생 시절 그리스도의 필요를 깨닫고 복음을 받아들였습니다. 주님께서는 2007년 두 사람을 부부로 맺어 주셨고, 2009년에는 아들 아솔이가 태어났습니다.
Joe was born in 1976 in Dangjin, South Chungcheong Province, to God-fearing parents. Though the family's means were modest, they lived in genuine joy and contentment in Christ. During a revival meeting at his church in middle school, the words of John 3:16 reached his heart, and Jesus Christ became his personal Savior for the first time. In 2004 he began youth ministry at a Baptist church, then completed a WOLKO internship in 2007-2008 before studying the Bible at Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida. By God's grace he was commissioned as a WOLKO missionary and now leads the camping ministry. Yu-Jin grew up in a Christian home and, during her middle school years, recognized her need for Christ and received the gospel. The Lord brought her and Joe together in marriage in 2007, and in 2009 their son Asol was born.
