백남규 & 조안나 선교사는 제주 월비에서 섬기며, 지역교회사역·캠프·SYME·성경학교·선교 아웃리치를 통해 아시아의 교회 지도자들을 세우는 일에 헌신하고 있습니다. David and Anna serve at WOLBI Jeju, dedicated to raising up church leaders across Asia through local church ministry, camps, SYME, Bible school, and missions outreach.

선교사 Missionaries 백남규 Namkyu Baek
1984년 기독교 가정에서 태어난 David는 어머니로부터 복음을 듣고 그리스도를 영접했습니다. 중고등학교 시절 가까운 친구의 갑작스러운 죽음과 아버지의 7년간 투병이 그를 깊이 흔들었습니다. 그 고통 속에서 하나님께 부르짖었을 때 이사야 41:10 말씀으로 응답을 받았습니다. 2008년 SYME에 합류한 그는 선교사로의 부르심을 확신하게 되었고, 어머니와 함께 기도하던 중 로마서 8:18 말씀이 동시에 임하는 놀라운 경험을 하였습니다. 8개월 SYME 과정, 2년 인턴, 2년 월비 수학을 마친 뒤 2013년 6월 월코 선교사로 공식 파송되었습니다.
Born in 1984 into a Christian home, David received Christ after hearing the gospel from his mother. During middle and high school, the sudden death of a close friend and his father's seven-year illness shook him deeply. When he cried out to God in that pain, God answered him through Isaiah 41:10. Joining SYME in 2008, he became certain of his calling to be a missionary. While praying with his mother, both of them received Romans 8:18 at the same moment — a remarkable experience that confirmed his direction. After completing the 8-month SYME program, a 2-year internship, and 2 years at WOLBI, he was officially commissioned as a WOLKO missionary in June 2013.
조안나 Joanna
목회자 가정에서 태어난 조안나는 어릴 때부터 하나님이 실제적인 분으로 느껴졌고, 예수님의 죽음과 부활을 믿는 것이 자연스러웠습니다. 그러나 작은 교회에서 혼자 많은 역할을 감당하며 지쳐 갔고, 공동체가 무너지는 상처를 경험하면서 하나님을 원망하기 시작했습니다. 그런 가운데 하나님의 깊은 사랑과 용서를 깨달았고, 예수님이 그 모든 상처의 치유자 되심을 경험했습니다. 남편 David와 함께 한국에서 선교사로 섬기고 있습니다.
Anna was born into a pastor's family, and from an early age God felt real and tangible to her — believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus came naturally. Yet carrying many responsibilities alone in a small church wore her down, and when she experienced the pain of a community falling apart, she began to resent God. Yet through this she came to understand God's deep love and forgiveness, and experienced Jesus as the healer of all that pain. She now serves as a missionary in Korea alongside her husband David.
